Benjamin Construction & Development have been contracted to Design & Construct Graceville Quarter.
The proposed development is a mixed-use development consisting of Commercial, Retail and Residential space above two levels of basement parking.
The development will incorporate a central courtyard with a void continuing up through the centre of the building. It will also include 9 residential apartments on Allardyce Street. All ground level tenants will have access to the courtyard.
The ground level will provide 438m2 of retail space, primarily to the Oxley Road frontage. Level 1 and level 2 will provide commercial space of 527m2 respectively. Construction Photo Gallery
